FY19 was a year of growth for Allura Partners.
During the financial year, we welcomed five new members to the Allura Partners team: Karthik, Chris, Florence, John and Matt. John and Karthik strengthened our Accounting & Finance division whilst Chris, Florence and Matt launched Projects, Transformation & Change Management.
In November last year we moved into brand new offices to support our growing headcount and plans. We were also honoured to be a finalist for The Growth Company of the Year Award 2019 at the Recruitment International Awards.
Last week, we reviewed and celebrated the financial year and announced the winners of the following awards:
Rising Star – Florence Chreseson
Team Player of the Year – Leanne Wells
Biggest Influencer – Matt Jelley
Top Biller – Adrian Belle
In addition to celebrating the year that was, we also detailed our FY20 plan that includes a brand refresh. Later this year, the entire team will be heading to Queenstown to complete an offsite strategy session. Whilst enjoying the snow, we will discover our brand blueprint. In consultation with a brand professional, we will translate this to develop an overall “fresh” identity for Allura Partners that is relevant today for both our people and customers and support our future growth aspirations.
We are looking forward to the massive year ahead and the theme of growth will continue.
