From inception, Andrew Smith has driven our CFO practice delivering executive searches to our private equity clients and has created our foundation as a market leader in the qualified and executive accounting recruitment market in Sydney. This foundation was strengthened with the appointments of Tom Hattersley (2017) & John O’Donnell (2019). Based on the success and the high demand from our growing client base, we are excited to announce that Joe Harker has joined our Accounting & Finance team to deliver interim and temporary recruitment services.
Originally from the UK, Joe boasts two years of interim and temporary accounting and finance recruitment experience gained in London working for a global recruitment firm. With his experience and knowledge to date, Joe aims to build on his success, expand his network in Australia and deliver market leading service for our clients seeking temporary talent and our aligned candidate base. Prior to his recruitment career, Joe worked for a global consumer business, where he commenced as a graduate and progressed quickly to middle management. Joe possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration.

In other exciting news, we are proud to announce that John O’Donnell has also recently been promoted from Principal Consultant to Manager. John joined Allura Partners in April 2019 and quickly established himself both internally and externally as a leader. With this promotion, John will now lead the Accounting & Finance Team to manage Tom and Joe and continue our on-going growth. Congratulations John!
