We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jodie Kefford to Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Transformation and Change division.
Close to two years ago, Jodie made a career switch to recruitment and joined Allura Partners. Over that time, she has worked as a Recruitment Specialist, placing professionals in Change Management, Project Management, Learning & Development, and Communication roles.
Prior to joining Allura, Jodie spent many years working as a project coordinator and an EA, running many projects and facilitating change. Working in this field, Jodie has gained a great understanding of what is required of these roles, meaning she can find the best talent to fill them.
Jodie is just getting started, and we are sure she will continue to make her mark within the recruitment industry and at Allura Partners.
